Understanding Madison's City Council Races

Opinion to Four Lakes Voices

Most folks never really get to know their local alder for their district who represents them in the Madison City Council, or have an idea about where they stand on local issues.  In the development game, we as developers and real estate brokers, need to know where the alders stand on developments and redevelopments that fall inside the city limits of Madison.

Outside of most of them being social justice warriors, we need to know if each member possesses any common sense what-so-ever.  The following “suggestions” are NOT endorsements, they are the folks that I believe will be less harmful in the ways of bettering Madison.
